Nau mai, haere mai ki te kainga o Josh Paki Tā Moko.
I specialise in contemporary Tā moko, the art of Maori tattooing, and Toi Maori.
Using contemporary and traditional designs, I create custom drawn pieces designed to reflect the wearer's whakapapa (genealogy) and kaupapa (ideology behind the design).
I am committed to a standard of excellence in my mahi moko, in order to pay homage to the tikanga of Tā moko, to my kaiako, and to my tupuna. To perpetuate our Maoritanga, to keep our tikanga alive and moving into the future.
I work from Karanga Ink, 238 Karangahape Road, Tamaki Makaurau, Auckland.
Nga mihi ki a koutou katoa.
